Needed to go online and try and identify what model this is based on the keypad setup and all of that. We have lost the manual and can't look up the manual until we figure out what kind it is.

G: Yes. I can identify this with fairly high confidence: it is a Kwikset SmartCode 913 Traditional electronic deadbolt, in satin nickel.
The exterior hardware in your photo matches the 913 specifically: ten individual 0–9 buttons, the separate oval padlock button at the top, the traditional arched housing, and the SmartKey key cylinder at the bottom. The product photo for the 913 matches your lock essentially feature-for-feature. The older SmartCode 909 looks superficially similar, but it has only five dual-number buttons (1/2, 3/4, etc.), so yours is definitely not the 909. citeturn1search0turn1search7

Kwikset still maintains the official support page even though the 913 Traditional is now discontinued. It has the User Guide, Installation Guide, and Troubleshooting Guide available. citeturn1search0

There are a couple of useful identifiers to keep around:
Model: SmartCode 913 Traditional
Common product number: 913TRL / 99130
(the satin-nickel retail version is commonly 99130-002)

Power: 4 AA batteries
Capacity: up to 16 user codes
Connectivity: none — the 913 is a stand-alone keypad
lock, rather than the closely related 914 connected model.

And if the reason you're hunting for the manual is that you need to change/add/delete a code, replace the batteries, enable/disable automatic locking, or factory-reset it, tell me which one you're trying to do. I can pull the exact 913 procedure from Kwikset rather than making you dig through the manual.
M: Found it. It says it's a Kwikset Halo.
G: Ah—then my identification was wrong. Thanks for correcting it.
That explains why the exterior fooled me: Kwikset reused a very similar physical keypad/SmartKey layout across product families, and the photo doesn't expose the features that distinguish the Halo electronics from the older SmartCode 913.
So for anything we do from here, I'll treat it as a Kwikset Halo, not a SmartCode 913. If you need programming/reset/setup instructions, we should narrow down the particular Halo generation/model first, because those procedures can differ.
