G: Yes. In YouTube Studio’s Editor, you can cut a section out of the middle of an already-uploaded video, not just trim the beginning or end.
Open the video in YouTube Studio → Content → click the video → Editor → Trim & cut. From there you can select New cut, mark the beginning and end of the section you want removed, preview it, then save. YouTube processes the edit without requiring you to re-upload the video, so the URL, views, and comments stay attached to it.
One important caution: after saving, YouTube generally gives you only a limited ability to undo/revert editor changes, so preview it carefully before committing.
