M: There are a bunch of tankers sitting in the Strait of Hormuz, which sucks for the world economy, but that's not what I'm looking at right now. I was actually wondering, let's say that this goes on for a couple months. Are there any like documented contingency plans for these things, both in terms of the crew and the cargo? Like, are they good to just sit out there for a couple years if need be in terms of supplies and all that, or what? This is, try to answer in, from a couple different directions. One, out of concern for the crew, and two, out of just economic curiosity, because I was just sitting around listening to the news, and my brain went off in the direction of wondering, you know, how long before they just turn around and go home, or whatever.
