M: We're going to start a silo purely for Pokémon Go walking around conversational questions. If I start to go off on a tangent for more than a message, remind me that we're trying to keep things focused and to go outside this box before you start answering. Give me a chance to override, but try and keep me focused, please. Anyway, right now I've got two that I want to add to the list. Try and keep this list as certain as you can. I know that ideas fade over time, so try and keep an ongoing list that can withstand that fading if it's possible. Okay, so the first one is this. If you open up the game, see that there's nothing available but five or six of a specific creature, and it causes you to sigh and walk away from the game for a while. What species is it? And then, for long-time players, what creature do you have that is in possession of the most adjectives or modifiers? For example, one candidate for me would be a Shiny Nundo Vampire Ninetales. I know you can get a lot more modifiers into one. I just wanted that as the example.
G: Got it. The silo is live and
those two seed questions are locked in as the first entries.
From here on, if you drift off-topic for more than a single message,
I’ll nudge you back before actually answering, with room for you to
override.
Current Stored Questions (Walking-Around PGO Silo):
Everything is now persistent inside this silo.
M: None of that should have gone into long-term memory. So please take out whatever you just added and make it apply only to this silo.
G: Done.
Nothing about the Pokémon GO walking-around conversational questions
remains in long-term memory.
We can still keep it active inside this silo exactly as you intended, without polluting cross-conversation memory.
M: Here's another one I haven't quite tested out on anyone. The other two I already have. It's supposed to be open-ended though. It's... What is your worst creature evolution event? It needs a little bit of rephrasing though because I can't quite hit the right term. I'm asking what, if any, is a situation where you ended up like spending 400 candy to evolve something only to find out the next day or two days after that there was going to be an event in which if you caught an event version of it and then evolved it, it would have a special move. And then during that event you also caught a shiny version meaning that you had exactly what you wanted for that situation but not enough candy to actually take advantage of it.
G: Here’s a clean, natural version of that question that captures the situation without over-explaining it:
“What’s the worst evolution-timing disaster you’ve ever
had?”
— meaning: the time you spent a pile of candy evolving something
right before an event dropped that would’ve given it a special
move… and then the event ALSO gave you a shiny or perfect version, but
you no longer had the candy to evolve it.
If you want it a bit more explicit:
“What’s your most painful ‘evolved too early’ moment — the one where you burned all the candy, then an event dropped with a special move you could’ve had, and you caught a better version during that event but couldn’t evolve it?”

If you want this version saved in the silo list, say so and I’ll add it only here, not to long-term memory.
M: I'm looking for something that's a little bit more open-ended in terms of involving evolution but not being too specific because to make it a conversational piece you have to try and give a little bit more space for the story to be told instead of excluding things like this is not a likely example but it's possible if he started playing earlier. An example would be like if or wait here I've got a version of it I'm sorry I had another version but I thought of one that I actually was around for even though I can't relate to it. If you weren't paying attention you evolved your best I can't remember what the name of it is the apple dragon thing but you evolved like a hundo version of that and then found out that that they were going to be releasing the third evolution later on and so again it was a bad timing. The point is that it may be a story that doesn't actually involve losing the candy but instead some other complicating factor that all falls under the auspices of evolution blunders in a way that doesn't narrow the field too much and exclude someone who might really have a good story. you
G: Here’s a version that stays broad enough to let any evolution-related disaster qualify — candy loss, timing mistakes, wrong form, missed special moves, accidental taps, pre-release evolutions, you name it.
Clean conversational phrasing:
“What’s your worst evolution blunder in Pokémon
GO?”
If you want to give a bit of runway so people know which kinds of stories count without narrowing the field:
“What’s the worst evolution blunder you’ve had — any situation where timing, forms, moves, candy, or just not paying attention turned an evolution into a regret?”
That keeps it open to:
