Grab someone by the mandible, get the fingers in there, get a good grip with the thumb underneath and just try and pull it off. I just find it, I don't know, fascinating, because while visually it's an extreme thing, it probably would get a better effect. In fact, and by you, I mean the people who were doing this movie. It probably could get a better effect just from someone, you know, getting thoroughly grabbed and tossed around a room by someone strong enough to conceivably pull off the jaw, in theory. Like, a dislocated jaw plus getting tossed across the room would be far gorier and scarier than, quote-unquote, just pulling off the jaw.
