No character is too minor for this, but it has to be a revelation that puts at least a new spin on past issues. The obvious example is the stuff like spider woman being skrull for a while, and the revelation that a bunch of other heroes were also skrull. But the implications don’t HAVE to be canon-shattering - just interesting enough for the reader to think that maybe they should find a copy of that issue and try flipping through it again with the new information in mind. There are a few characters – the prime example being Deadpool – where you should consult me before really getting into this idea; instead of doing one by one, just make a list of the instances that seem appropriate. You’ll know them because they will have a lot of dimension, travel, and time travel and miniseries with a really comedic tone. I’m not aware of where other characters may exhibit a similar level of complexity regarding whether or not there “revelation“ can really be considered true. If you run across anything that is this type of questionable, Instead of trying to bull your way through the problem, you have the option of setting it off to the side for more specific discussion before you attempt to make any kind of further progress. Like I’m pretty sure that the“future” universe that’s supposed to include deaths head is considered an independent universe – but it still should be involved because it has such intimate connections to the main universe.
